Disney's Grand Floridian Resort 

Even if you aren't staying at the Grand Floridian Resort, you have to stop by and check out the lobby during holiday season.  The full size gingerbread house is a must see for everyone. You can travel to this resort from Magic Kingdom by monorail, boat, or even a newly installed walkway.  If you do stay here you will have amazing views of Magic Kingdom across seven seas lagoon.
